Pavilion may assist with pre-contract commercial reviews, live-project commercial issues, payment and valuation matters, construction disputes and adjudication.

Prospect & Tender Intelligence
Pavilion's intelligence services support commercial decision-making using public and appropriately accessible sources assessed against agreed client criteria.
An opportunity identified by Pavilion is not a guarantee of suitability, availability, contract award or commercial success. Clients remain responsible for deciding whether to approach a prospect, participate in a procurement process or submit a tender.
TICS™ subscriptions and Bid Assessment allowances
Pavilion Watch, Pavilion Commercial and Pavilion Commercial+ are subscription services delivered using Pavilion's TICS™ tender intelligence capability.
Opportunity monitoring is unlimited. Pavilion Watch, Pavilion Commercial and Pavilion Commercial+ include ongoing monitoring and filtering of relevant opportunities against the subscribing business's agreed opportunity profile. There is no numerical cap on opportunities identified or monitored as part of that service.
Pavilion Watch does not include TICS™ Bid Assessments in the monthly subscription. Watch subscribers may purchase a a TICS™ Bid Assessment at the applicable subscriber rate shown on the Fees page.
Pavilion Commercial includes up to 4 TICS™ Bid Assessments per monthly subscription period. Pavilion Commercial+ includes up to 10. An included analysis is used when Pavilion undertakes the deeper pre-bid investigation and assessment of a specific opportunity. Unused included analyses do not roll over into a later subscription period.
Additional analyses may be purchased at the applicable subscriber rate. Where an opportunity involves unusually extensive documentation, multiple materially distinct lots, exceptional complexity or work substantially beyond a normal TICS™ Bid Assessment, Pavilion may propose a separate scope or agree how the work will count against the allowance. We will tell the client before undertaking additional chargeable work.
Subscriptions and included analyses are for the subscribing business and may not be shared, resold or used to provide services to unrelated third parties. Opportunity availability, public-source coverage and procurement activity vary by market and period; unlimited monitoring does not guarantee a minimum number of suitable opportunities, tender invitations or contract awards.
Specific package inclusions and current prices are shown on the Fees page. Any package-specific written proposal or order agreed with Pavilion will take precedence where it expressly varies these general terms.

Pavilion provides information, analysis and commercial support. The commercial decision remains the client's.
